Sessions
My procrastination coaching package consists of 3 -4 sessions, depending on the intensity of your current emotional / mindset blocks:
First session:
begin exploring the client’s needs and goals.
Review your answers on intake form and self-image assessment.
Explore your challenges, your triggers, your responses.
Get an idea of what you want to get from working with me.
Envision how you want your life to be once you have overcome whatever is blocking you.
These things will help me to learn whether your future sessions should focus on learning new skills and information, or if we need to work on negative mental patterns, confidence, or self-image issues, before you can start focusing on your primary goals.
Develop an initial plan to help you increase your chances of reaching your goals.
I will send you one or more prerecorded self-hypnosis audios related to the challenges you are struggling with. It’s important to listen to these audios at least 21 days in order to embed these new, positive thinking patterns into your subconscious mind.
Future Sessions:
- The focus is on exploring the client’s ambivalence, identifying their reasons for change, and building their confidence.
We will work on fears, emotions, and motivations.
Use SWOT analysis to better help you understand what you are up against.
- What are some different approaches you could take, based on your values, interests, strengths?
- What steps do you need to take in order to make this happen
- I will also create a self-hypnosis recording containing suggestions to help you overcome the challenges discussed during the session.
Ask you to use subliminal messaging apps to help you remember specific actions to take.
Final Session
After the second or third session, We will have a final session where
Start with a summary of all sessions, any insights, and progress made.
Review: steps suggested, check new emotional response/ to different ways of reaching the goal.
Homework: analyze list of pro cons to different options. (work, relation). Review session one plans.
Which alternatives and strategies fit my self-image from audit)
Which obstacles might come up?
Confirm the thoughts and behaviors they want… create a personal hypnosis audio to reinforce it (Premium Package)
Create list of steps to take from the option / strategy chosen.
I will usually ask you to do a few assignments in between each session. This consists of watching videos, listening to self-hypnosis audios, creating affirmations and suggestions, and reading articles or short books. These assignments provide more detailed knowledge regarding the topics we cover during sessions.
Following this sequence in your coaching sessions will make it much more likely that the changes you achieve will help you to reach your goals.
